Always try to select a house which will be a corner house because a corner house always a very beautiful and costly house. People always like to purchase a corner house. Although a corner house always some more costly than other houses but it will always looks more beautiful than other houses.

While selecting a new house you have to check its ventilation. Check is there is proper ventilation in your house.

Another important thing which you have to keep in mind while buying new home. Keenly check your neighborhoods. Take information about your neighbors and also keep information about your Housing society. Check either this society is got NOC (no objection certificate) from housing authority and already cleared all taxes and fee which is required by law.
